Whatcha Reading Wednesday: Catching Fire

Though I don't do them as often as I'd like, I love these book meme's I find on Proud Book Nerd. This one is from Busy Moms Who Love to Read.

This week's rules:

Open the book to the first page of the 9th chapter and type the first two sentences. If it is a spoiler at all, be sure to put **Spoiler Alert** at the top of your comment (like if the selection announces the death of an integral character or something).

This is the second book in the Hunger Games trilogy, and I can't say enough good things about them. I have never read anything like them, they're amazing. If you haven't read this series, I highly recommend that you do.
